Victims of No Fault was created to raise awareness of the experience of injured victims under Enhanced Care. What started as a survey has quickly become a community of resilient and strong British Columbians who have experienced being marginalized by Enhanced Care. Our injuries and circumstances may be different, but we see and understand one another on a deeper level. 

Victims of No Fault was founded by Julia Kwan, who was seriously injured after being struck by a dump truck while crossing the street in November 2024.
